What would you highlight about Chiangmai Chaiyo Hotel
Only location is good.
The room is spacious but all things in room were dislocated and not to the function. Could not read in the room because bed and bed side lamp were more than a meter apart. Shower cord in bathroom was leak and deceased water pressure.The staff did not care anything at all.

What would you highlight about Chiangmai Chaiyo Hotel
Funky design, good location, clean spacious rooms and beds.
The bathroom in the room was very old and uninviting, with bad lighting. The room is also fully laid out with tiles which give it a very cold, sterile atmosphere. An armchair in the room would have been nice or something to fill the space and make the room more cozy and comfortable. Oh, and please do not leave these old, used house slippers in the room for ur guests as an option to wear - it wasn't very nice, so a new disposable pair is much more recommendable and hygienic.

What would you highlight about Chiangmai Chaiyo Hotel
The location was good for my needs and easy to commute to other areas, shops and restaurants.
The breakfast was dreadful. There was very little variety, I maybe had cereal and a cup of tea. Nothing looked appetising. For "Boutique" hotel, this seems a reason to leave the walls unpainted, grey and dull. The reception staff were very limited in English.

In a good location Staff were really helpful The building is stylish and attractive inside The room was modern and clean I would stay here again
Breakfast wasn't great just ok The bed very hard so not a complaint but just an observation.
